Leupold Introduces BX-2 Alpine HD Binocular Line

Leupold & Stevens has announced the BX-2 Alpine HD, featuring Leupold's Advanced Optical System. This promises consistent dawn-to-dusk light transmission, glare reduction in harsh light, and clear resolution. The BX-2 Alpine HD will be available in four separate models: an 8X-42mm, a 10X-42mm, a 10X-52mm and a 12X-52mm.

Built around a lightweight magnesium body, the Alpine HD can handle its share of rough environs. This is aided by its Exo-Armor, which has been tested for extreme climates. The user's comfort is also accounted for, with a large eyebox and twist-up eyecups. The binos even mount to a tripod with a 1/4-20-inch threaded adapter.
