Adding more excitement to the kickoff of hunting season, Arby’s has announced the return of its popular venison sandwich—but this year the fast-food chain has taken its wild game offerings up a notch. On Sat., Oct. 21, the venison sandwich will be available at every Arby’s restaurant in the nation and a new limited-edition elk sandwich will be available at three restaurants in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.

Last year, Arby’s venison sandwich was offered in select cities for a limited time and sold out in minutes, prompting hunters across the country to request the sandwich be offered in their state.

“The positive response to our limited offering of venison last year was so widespread and passionate that we knew we had to find a way to offer it nationwide,” Jim Taylor, chief marketing officer of Arby’s, said in a press release. “On Oct. 21, we want hunters and meat enthusiasts across the country to visit their local Arby’s and enjoy this amazing sandwich.”

The venison sandwich includes a thick-cut venison steak and crispy onions topped with a juniper berry sauce on a toasted specialty roll, and the meat comes from a New Zealand supplier that sells grass-fed, free range venison. If you’re interested in trying the sandwich yourself, Taylor advises getting to your local Arby’s just before it opens to secure a spot in line.

The new elk sandwich is similar to the venison sandwich but features a tender elk steak doused in blackberry port steak sauce. “We took a look at what hunters and wild game enthusiasts love to talk about eating and elk was something that kept popping up, and we said, ‘this is another great tasting game meat we think our guests would enjoy,’” said Taylor.

If you’re located in Colorado, Wyoming or Montana this weekend, the elk sandwich will be available at the following Arby’s locations:

  • 200 East 144th Ave., Thornton, Colorado, 80023
  • 2607 CY Ave., Casper, Wyoming 82604
  • 2834 King Ave. W, Billings, Montana 59102
