Turkey Tool Belt Back And Rain Fly

Sitka has debuted a Turkey Tool Belt for the discerning run-and-gun turkey hunter. Based around a truly efficient minimalist design, the Turkey Tool Belt boasts everything a hunter needs and nothing he doesn't for long days in the field. Crafted from durable yet smooth materials, the belt is sure to not rip or snag when squeezing through tight, brushy patches. While water resistant in its own right, the belt sports a deployable rain fly concealed in a zippered pocket resting against the hips. This is a crucial component, as it can mean the difference between keeping moisture away from a box call or striker so it continues running properly, and having the wood get drenched.

Turkey Calls in pouch

Speaking of calls, the tool belt boasts a variety of slots to hold a full arsenal of calls. A side-entry pocket with magnetic closure for quietness is extremely well padded, and snugly fits a box call. A shock-call pocket on the side of the hip-belt holds up to two shock calls, while the front/rear pocket of the rig holds two pot calls, four strikers and six diaphragm calls.

Turkey Tool Belt Rain Gear stowage

How can a pocket be both front and rear? Beneath its main pouch, the Turkey Tool Belt stows a seat pad that can be unclipped and folded out when a hunter has found a bird. At this point, the pouch can be spun around to the front of the torso for easier access to all calls. Beneath that pouch, buckle straps allow for the storage of rain gear or a small blind. Besides the aforementioned compartments, the main pouch sports a top compartment for snacks and other essentials, while two hip-belt pockets ride on the belt for rangefinders, compasses and the like. A water-bottle holder rounds out the essential carrying capabilities of the Turkey Tool Belt.
