Trijicon Huron (1)

The Trijicon Huron series of riflescopes was designed for North American deer hunters, offering military-grade durability and premium optics that reflect Trijicon’s reputation for quality. The Huron line has expanded to six variable power options, including the new 1-6x24mm and 4-16x50mm models. The Huron line delivers unmatched performance in diverse hunting environments, from dense forests to open fields. I had the chance to use the 4-16x50mm model on a Saskatchewan whitetail hunt. I was impressed with the light-gathering capabilities and details that seemed enhanced.

Huron riflescopes feature fully multi-coated, broadband anti-reflective glass shared with Trijicon’s AccuPoint and Tenmile HX series. Glass quality ensures outstanding light transmission, vivid color, and sharp detail with zero distortion, even in challenging lighting. The scopes range from 15.8 to 24.2 ounces and offer up to 100 MOA of adjustment through rugged 30mm or 1-inch main tubes, providing lightweight reliability.

The Huron line includes generous eye relief, low-capped adjusters with precise ¼-MOA clicks, and fast, accurate variable zoom. The crisp second focal plane (SFP) reticle enhances clarity, while the Easy-Focus Eyepiece and wide field of view ensure maximum situational awareness. Anti-scratch lens coatings protect against wear, maintaining optical performance in harsh hunting conditions.

Hunters can choose from reticles tailored to their needs, including the Standard Duplex, German #4 and BDC Hunter Holds options. These designs excel in low-light scenarios, offering fast and intuitive aiming. The BDC Hunter Holds reticle is particularly versatile, accommodating multiple hunting cartridges for greater flexibility.

Available models include 1-4x24mm, 1-6x24mm, 2.5-10x40mm, 3-9x40mm, 3-12x40mm and 4-16x50mm, all backed by Trijicon’s rigorous Science of Brilliant testing methodology. Huron scopes are Alaska-to-Africa Tested to perform in temperatures from -20°F to 140°F. The Solid Zero test ensures no reticle shift after 5,000 rounds of heavy cartridge testing. Drop, shock, vibration, and immersion testing guarantee reliability under field abuse and extreme conditions.

With an MSRP ranging from $685 to $985, Trijicon Huron riflescopes deliver dependable, high-performance optics for every hunter. For more information, visit Trijicon.com.
