Silencer Central Collaborates with Federal on Banish Speed K Suppressor

Silencer Central has announced the release of the Banish Speed K, available to the professional market as well as civilian. Designed and optimized in partnership with Federal Ammunition, the Banish Speed K is a 5.56 suppressor promising both performance and versatility.

The Banish Speed K features an industry-standard hub that allows for direct-thread or muzzle brake mounts along with any compatible QD mounting system. An internal design with unique baffles and a finned blast chamber supports higher efficiency and sound reduction, minimizing blowback up to six-percent of unsuppressed shooting. Meanwhile, Controlled Flow Technology mitigates back pressure. Straight venting allows for easier cleaning, and an astoundingly short, four-inch length offers additional maneuverability. Finally, Duty Temperature Control technology lowers internal to increase longevity. 

The suppressor is constructed from Inconel 718, which balances durability with its light, 14.1-ounce weight. This material is part of the reason it managed to pass seven full rounds of SOCOM testing. Decibel reduction at the muzzle is 142.3 dB, while at the ear it is closer to 138.5 dB.
