#SundayGunday: Tikka T3x Lite

by
posted on January 2, 2022

This week, we’re taking a closer look at the Tikka T3x Lite. With a storied action from a renowned Finnish gunmaker, the T3x is already a proven performer in the field, and now sheds some pounds to make it even easier to carry in the backcountry. The gun features a dual-lug bolt with a 70-degree throw, which helps contribute to a smooth-running action. Atop the receiver rides a traditional Sako Optilock mounting system, but Tikka also tapped it for the attachment of a Picatinny rail. Learn more about this lightweight T3x variant in the video embedded above, hosted by Editor in Chief Scott Olmsted and Digital Associate Editor David Herman. MSRP: $649.99; tikka.fi.
