Video: Browning Revives the Sweet Sixteen

There are few firearms, and even fewer shotguns, that have garnered as much of a following as the classic Browning Auto 5, so when Browning brought the humpback back into the game with the introduction of the new A5 in 2014, the shotgun world went wild, and for good reason. Though the similarities between the old A5 and the new A5 only go as far as looks, the new shotgun, with it’s powerful, short recoil-operated Kinematic Drive System, has already created a new generation of followers and earned the right to wear the A5 moniker.

Of course, the next question on everyones mind was, “are we going to see a new A5 Sweet Sixteen?” Well, today is your day.

New for 2016, Browning introduces the new A5 Sweet Sixteen, and the shotgun world is again going nuts.

We had a chance to get to know this shotgun during the 2016 SHOT Show in Las Vegas and were more than pleased at its clay-busting abilities. Check out the video above for a closer look.
