Weatherby, Inc. has announced the launch of its new "Women of Weatherby" Name Your Rifle sweepstakes. The company is looking for a name for its new rifle—which will be offered in limited calibers, and will be the industry's first rifle designed for women, by women—and it's turning to consumers for a little help.

The campaign is asking fans to vote for the name of the new women's rifle, which can be done by clicking here. A ballot list of names is provided, as follows: Allure, Atalanta, Camilla, Diamond, Huntress, Lady Royale, Lady Liberty, Luna, Soigne and Spirit. Visitors to the site are welcome to select their favorite name from the list, but the company's soliciting further names, too. By filling out the "Write In Vote" section, participants may submit their own alternative product name and be considered for a chance to win the first-ever Women of Weatherby rifle. Contestants may only submit one entry for every valid email address, and must submit an original product name to be eligible for a chance to win.

The contest, which is now open for all participants, concludes August 8, 2015, at 11:59 p.m. PT. Weatherby representatives will judge all submissions and select the individual that submitted the most creative name for the first ever Women of Weatherby rifle. The winner will receive one of the first rifle’s produced in their choice of caliber, that includes .223 Rem., .243 Win., and .308 Win.

Women of Weatherby—which was announced earlier this year, during the 144th NRA Annual Meetings & Exhibits—has been "established to empower and inspire the dreams of all women hunters and shooters," by providing an unprecedented wealth of resources, tools and opportunities.
